Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our pest control services in Parker and the Denver metro area.

Are your treatments safe for pets and kids?

Yes. Every treatment we use is chosen with your family's safety in mind. We use eco-friendly, low-toxicity products and avoid leaving poisons anywhere in your home. Once treatments are dry, they are completely safe.

How quickly can you come out?

We offer same-day and next-day service. If you call before noon, we can usually be at your property the same day. Emergency service is always available.

Do you offer free quotes?

Absolutely. Every quote is free and comes with no obligation. We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no surprises.

What pests do you treat?

We treat ants, spiders, roaches, wasps, beetles, earwigs, silverfish, mice, and rats. If you have a pest not on this list, give us a call. We can likely help.

How long does a treatment take?

Most general pest control treatments take 30 to 60 minutes depending on the size of your property. Rodent control and larger infestations may take longer. We will give you a time estimate during your quote.

Do I need to leave my home during treatment?

For most treatments, no. We use low-odor, eco-friendly products that are applied to the perimeter and targeted areas. For certain specialized treatments, we may recommend stepping out briefly. We will always let you know in advance.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Parker, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Centennial, Elizabeth, Denver, and surrounding communities in the south Denver metro area.

Do you offer recurring maintenance plans?

Yes. Our quarterly maintenance plans keep your home protected year-round. Each visit includes perimeter treatment, web removal, and a property inspection. Plus, call-backs between visits are free if pests show up.

How is rodent control different from pest control?

Rodent control focuses specifically on mice and rats and includes inspection, humane trapping, exclusion (sealing entry points), and prevention. General pest control covers insects and arachnids. Many customers bundle both for full protection.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold Colorado pest control license #20393 and are fully insured for your peace of mind.
