She has always been very punctual and follows up exactly when she says she will. Speedy response! Right in the middle of a house painting project, we discovered a large nest of yellow-jackets had taken up residence in one of our eaves. To make matters worse, this was on the back side of a garden level, some 25+ feet up! Carol and her daughter showed up that evening and did their magic. Two days later we discovered that we still had a live nest. After we drilled a couple of access holes, Carol bravely donned her bee suit and scaled the ladder again. This time she really let 'em have it! No more yellow-jackets! Glad to support this small local business that provides excellent service.

I really can't recommend Comfort Pest Control and Carol enough. She was SO responsive, punctual and she had all the supplies she could possibly need. We don't have a ladder, because we don't have a garage or shed, so she brought her own and she checked all the places where there were wasps and I thought there might be some. She was right on time, she explained the process prior, then gave us the overview after. No excuses, no explaining to me why my problem wasn't a problem. Really just no nonsense, got the job done. She also was just a bright light in my day, you can feel her positive energy and was truly a delight to be around, which is so refreshing. I explained my irrational fear of all flying insects to her and she listened patiently and never made me feel silly. She also takes many forms of payment. Really just excellent!

I've never needed emergency bat removal, but Carol is your gal! She's the only 24 hour pest control listing that answered the phone at 10:00pm. She was at my house within the hour. She and her daughter removed a bat from my cathedral ceiling, with a smile and good humor. Would recommend for all of your wildlife pest control problems. Thanks Carol!
